U9k Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

U9k is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Every member is responsible for reading and complying with these Terms & Conditions. By registering or using u9k's services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

U9k reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified before any changes take effect. All u9k services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on u9k. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be suspended at any time.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be closed and balances forfeited.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The member is solely responsible for all activity carried out under their account.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• U9k reserves the right to reject any registration request.

3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

U9k reserves the right to verify the age of all members. A copy of a valid ID, National Identity Card (NID), or passport may be requested at any time.

• A photo ID may be required as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• U9k reserves the right to hold withdrawals until account verification is complete.
• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will be returned.
• A utility bill or bank statement may also be requested for address verification.

4. Deposit & Payment Rules

U9k currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Key rules regarding deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits are subject to change. Current limits will always be shown on the Cashier page.
• Deposited funds will only be credited to the account registered under the depositing member's name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted. Funds sent from another person's mobile banking account may be rejected.
• U9k is not responsible for funds sent in the wrong amount or to the wrong number.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods will result in permanent account closure.

5. Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from u9k:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal will be processed to Mobile Pay.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and will be displayed on the Cashier page.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 24–72 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• U9k reserves the right to hold suspicious withdrawal requests for review.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

U9k offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms, but some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Every bonus offer comes with wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per registration.
• Any winnings generated using a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Free bets or free spins will expire if not used within the designated time period.
• U9k reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to placing bets on u9k:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless specific bet cancellation conditions are met.
• U9k reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded.
• U9k is not responsible for disconnections during live betting; the bet recorded in the system is final.
• Bets will be suspended and investigated if unusual betting patterns or match-fixing are suspected.
• Maximum win limits are set individually for each game or event.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u9k platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses — such as attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to u9k's systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other members.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

U9k may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is provided during the verification process.
• Extended inactivity (as defined by the applicable time limits).
• An account may be voluntarily closed at the member's own request.

Members may request to close their own account at any time. Any valid balance will be made available for withdrawal beforehand. Requests to reopen a closed account may be submitted, though u9k reserves the right to make the final decision.

10. Responsible Gaming

U9k believes betting is for entertainment, not a source of income. We are strongly committed to responsible gaming.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own accounts.
• You can take a cooling-off period (temporary break) whenever you need one.
• Both permanent and temporary self-exclusion options are available.
